anâhata coaching is built on Anna’s training as a transformational and leadership coach, her long career in the field of international development and social impact and her wide trainings in yoga, breathwork, natural lifestyle and movement and embodiment practices.
Anna is a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) in transformational, leadership and team coaching. She is an Ashtanga yoga teacher and breathwork instructor, certified through Yoga Alliance Professionals as well as a Yin yoga teacher and a NatLife® Coach. She holds masters degrees in Social Anthropology and an MBA with a focus on Social Entrepreneurship.
