These carefully curated experiential offerings bring you intodeep practice and understanding of specific tools and techniquesor a range of tools, with each week building on the last.

As programmes, the experiences ask for a degree of commitmentin the knowledge that it is through this investment of time that youwill be rewarded with the possibility of consciously choosing tointegrate daily and weekly habits and practices into your everyday, empowering you to reshape your life, how you feel in yourbody and to step into the life you want.

Group size is always kept small to enhance your ability and comfort to share and participate and to form a group community. You are encouraged to attend live to make the most of each online session but you will also always have access to recordings of each session should you not be able to make one in person.

Events and experiences

Nothing can replace the power of coming together physically in group immersion

Through shared experiences we share space, listen to and learn from each other’s stories, connect with like-minded souls and practice together. Anna offers events and experiences which offer safe spaces for play, exploration, self-enquiry and connection with self and other. Through them Anna shares practices to build physical strength and mind-body resilience with the intention of integration of these experiences and practices into your everyday.

These full immersive days take place deep in nature offering you a day of re-wilding and powerful connection to your natural self through natural movement and yoga, breathwork, cold water immersion, forest bathing and sharing circles.
