mind-body coaching package

The opportunity to design, test and choose a package of tools and techniques for your body and mind to get you where you want to be.

After an 1 hour initial consultation and coaching session to clarify where you want to get and when we will design together a bespoke mixture of verbal coaching, physical and immersive practices and techniques uniquely designed to work for you and your body and to align you with who and where you want to be.

This package may be purely seated – verbal coaching perhaps with breathwork or nutritional and natural lifestyle advice alongside integrated tools and daily well- techniques. It can also integrate 1:1 yoga, embodiment exercises and natural movement either online or in person. We will agree an initial number of sessions to work together with sessions being 45, 60 or 90 minutes for a minimum of an initial 3 hours in total (including the consultation). You will work at a pace that suits you and will take way regular practices to realistically integrate into yourdaily life.

During this exploratory call you can see if I am a good fit for you and we can begin to explore what results you are seeking and what changes you wish to make. I will give more detail about specific tools and techniques you are interested in, answer any questions you may have and discuss my pricing structure. Whilst I have set hourly rates, these can beadjusted on a sliding scale on a case-by-case basis.
