The Radical Self programme

Our radical self is that self that is prepared to investigate, to be vulnerable and to be true to our deepest selves. Our radical self holds the power of growth, athenticity, healing, change and action. Our radical self is here present on this earth – it is you in this lifetime, your life force in your unique body with your unique blueprint.

Accessing and understanding the power of your radical self will enable you to:

  • envision the next version of you and step forward to claim it

  • shift limiting patterns and beliefs out of the way

  • embrace discomfort and resistance with curiousity

  • find a greater sense of peace, health and balance

  • uncover deeper meaning in all aspects of your life and work

You will learn to trust yourself on a deeper level and in doing so will uncover greater joy, confidence, authenticity and connection. The Radical Self program is absolutely for you if you don’t think you have time to invest in yourself in this way because the time you give will pay back manifold!

Radical Self is a rich holistic 5 month group programme for innovators, creatives and entrepreneurs to explore your deepest self, connect to your wildest dreams and take meaningful action in the world and your communities. The Radical self programme is a blend of fortnightly live group explorations alongside (near) weekly breath, yoga and movement classes, where we explore the rich somatic connection between mind and body. We will weave a journey, deepening enquiry and following a carefully crafted, continuous flow of learning, development, practice and embodiment.
